A Fond du Lac man accused of holding a gun to his head in the Walmart parking lot has been charged. Fifty seven year old Eric Golemgeski made his initial Fond du Lac court appearance Tuesday on charges of recklessly endangering safety, mistreatment of animals, possession of a firearm while intoxicated and disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $3500 cash. On May 11th police were called to a report of a man armed with a gun sitting in his car. Walmart and surrounding businesses were placed in a lock down and police set up a perimeter. He was eventually taken into custody without further incident. According to a criminal complaint Golemgeski earlier shot and killed a seagull in the parking lot.
