MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Gov. Scott Walker's approval rating is at its highest level since October 2014. The Marquette University Law School poll released Wednesday showed that 48 percent of respondents approve of the job Walker is doing while 48 percent disapprove. 6-28-17 truck vs. bicycle crash in dodge county

A bicyclist was seriously injured when he was struck by a truck in Dodge County.  The crash happened Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of Highway S and South Center Road.  Sixty seven year old Larry Bilke of Beaver Dam was transported to UW Hospital in Madison.  The truck driver was not injured.

The FBI has determined that bone fragments dug up from a yard 27 years ago are not those of a 5-year-old Campbellsport boy who vanished in 1983.  Sheboygan County Sheriff's Department Inspector Jim Risseeuw says the bones were determined to have come from animals. That leaves the disappearance of Bobby Joe Fritz still unsolved.  The boy was last seen playing outside his Campbellsport home with his siblings on May 14, 1983. […]
