A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held Thursday for a Fond du Lac mural honoring local veterans. A Leadership Fond du Lac team commissioned local artist Bonnie Federman to paint the 10 foot by 40 foot mural on the north side of Dreher Collision Center at 290 North Main Street. The mural honors local veterans from each branch of the service. Veterans honored in the mural include:
Private 1st Class Clifford Fisher, U.S. Marines
Petty Officer 2nd Class Jeffrey Harbridge, U.S. Coast Guard
Sergeant Charles F. Dreher, U.S. Air Force
Sergeant Jaime Heider, U.S. Army
Sergeant First Class Arthur J. Kloetzke, U.S. Navy
A ribbon cutting will be held on Thursday, July 20 at 2:00 p.m.
