A Village of Oostburg man is charged in the shooting deaths of two people late last month.
41-year-old Sergio Ochoa was officially charged with two counts of 1st degree intentional homicide yesterday in Sheboygan County Court.
According to the criminal complaint, Ochoa was gone when police arrived to find the two bodies on June 30th, but he later turned himself into police, saying he didn’t mean to do what he did.
If convicted, Ochoa is facing two life sentences in prison.
