Oshkosh police are searching for a 19-year-old man in connection with a July shooting.
Officials say Daniel D. Billings is wanted for 1st degree reckless injury as a party to a crime and armed burglary.
According to police, a 24-year-old man was shot in the back on Hobbs Avenue on July 27th during a robbery.
That man was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
