Fond du Lac County sheriff’s deputies will be stepping up patrol to crack down on drunken driving. Sheriff’s captain Ryan Waldschmidt says the Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over campaign started Friday and runs through September 4th. Waldschmidt says choose a sober designated driver before you start drinking, if you are feeling buzzed you are likely over the legal limit and should not drive. The Zero in Wisconsin traffic safety program has a free Drive Sober mobile app than can be downloaded by visiting zeroinwisconsin.gov.
