The Fond du Lac Salvation Army says financial resources is the greatest need for Hurricane Harvey victims.  Salvation Army spokesman Ron Jacobson says the Salvation Army has activated all of its U.S. and Canadian emergency disaster response assets.  Jacobson says Salvation Army mobile emergency food and hydration vehicles and personnel are moving through the affected areas and will continue until help is no longer needed.
