Nobody was injured and a Fox Lake man is in custody following a high speed chase in Fond du Lac County. Shortly before 11:30pm Friday motorists reported a reckless driver on Interstate 41, nearly striking other vehicles in the southbound lanes near Townline Road. The suspect vehicle turned south onto Highway 151 and failed to stop for a sheriff’s deputy near Wonser Road. A chase ensued southbound on 151 with speeds close to 100 miles an hour. The 13 mile chase ended when the vehicle ran over stop sticks at 151 and Highway. The suspect was taken into custody and faces charges of eluding, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating with a restricted controlled substance and multiple non-criminal citations. The suspect also had outstanding warrants for his arrest.
