The City of Fond du Lac Water Utility is advising residents that citywide water main flushing will begin on Monday. Flushing will begin in the northeast section Monday followed by the southeast Tuesday and southwest and northwest sections of the city Wednesday. Flushing will take place between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. Flushing is done to improve overall water quality. Residents are asked not do laundry or use automatic ice machines until the water runs clear from your tap.
