Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal two vehicle crash in Winnebago County. The Sheriff’s Office says 29 year old Paul Biolo was killed in the crash Tuesday evening on Interstate 41 southbound, about three miles south of Oshkosh. The Sheriff’s Office says there were two separate crashes within a half hour of each other. In the first crash a woman was hurt when her SUV rolled into a farm field after she hit a semi. About 25 minutes later, a car driven by Biolo rear-ended a semi that was slowing down for traffic that was backed up after the first crash. Biolo is the son of Tom and Lynn Biolo of Fond du Lac. Tom Biolo is the manager of the Great 98 radio station in Mayville.
