11-1-17 fatal crash on i-41 south of oshkosh

Book World announced Tuesday it will close all its stores.  The company will begin liquidation sales Nov. 2 at each of its 45 stores in seven states.    Book World has 20 stores in Wisconsin including Fond du Lac and Oshkosh and its corporate office in Appleton.  The sale will run until all of the inventory is sold, probably in January.    The first Book World opened in 1976 in […]

A North Fond du Lac man is accused of setting fire to a house in North Fond du Lac last summer.  Thirty seven year old Josesph Paolasini made his initial court appearance Friday.   Bail was set at $2500 cash.  He is accused of setting fire to a house on Wisconsin Avenue July 18.  According to  a criminal complaint, Paolasini sent a text message to his ex-girlfriend the day of the […]
