Fond du Lac police are asking the public for help in the vandalism of two holiday light donation boxes at Lakeside Park. Assistant police chief Steve Klein says someone pried open the boxes and stole any money that was inside. Klein says people can always make donations in person at the park office. Klein says residents who see any suspicious activity at the park should call police. Police say the boxes will be repaired and enhanced in an effort to prevent future break-ins.
