A Fond du Lac man arrested following a shooting incident last fall has been bound over for trial. Antino Jones waived his preliminary hearing Thursday afternoon on charges of attempted first degree intentional homicide. Jones is accused of shooting a 31 year old Fond du Lac man in the stomach at a residence on the corner of Western Avenue and Oak Street…across the street from the jail. The victim was treated at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac for non life-threatening injuries. Police Chief Bill Lamb says it appears Jones and the victim knew one another and that the shooting followed an altercation between the two.
