A Fond du Lac man has won the second top prize in the Wisconsin Lottery’s Casino Crossword scratch game. David Bender purchased his winning $200,000 ticket at Kwik Trip on East Johnson Street. This was the last $200,000 top prize remaining in the Casino Crossword scratch game.
