A one vehicle crash in Fond du lac County has claimed the life of a Madison man. The crash happened Thursday afternoon on Highway V near Tracks Lane in the town of Eden. A preliminary investigation indicates a car was southbound on CTH V when the driver failed to negotiate a curve and struck an embankment on the east side of V. The car became airborne and overturned numerous times. The driver, a 30 year old Madison man, was pronounced dead at the scene. He was wearing his seatbelt. Speed appears to be a factor in the crash.
