Fond du Lac Public Works  says a portion of West First Street between Macy Street and Main Street is closed for a couple days.  The street will  be closed until the end of the day Wednesday, to allow a contractor to make utility connections on W First Street.   Access to the Darling Place Alley and City Parking Lot #18 will be maintained  from Macy Street.
