The Fond du Lac Police Department has been notified of a change of address for Darin S. Klumpyan. Klumpyan was previously released from prison on October 2, 2011, after serving 7 years for 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child and three counts of Lewd and Lascivious Behavior. Klumpyan was convicted of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old female acquaintance through coercion. In addition, he was convicted for exposing himself to both adult and juvenile victims. Klumpyan also has convictions for looking into adult females windows at night. Klumpyan was previously residing in the 100 block of W 2nd Street.
Special conditions of Darin S. Klumpyan’s supervised release:
1) No contact with victim, no unsupervised contact with minors, no presence in taverns, bars, or liquor stores, and no use of alcohol or illegal drugs.
2) Comply with all rules of high risk sex offender supervision and cooperate with GPS monitoring.
3) Face-to-face contact with law enforcement as required, lifetime registration with Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration Program.
