5-3-18 sheboygan man arrested for owi after two children fall out of his vehicle

A Sheboygan man is charged with OWI after  his two young children  fell out of the van he was driving Tuesday night.  Police say witnesses said they saw the two children fall into the intersection.  Police say when they arrested the father a short time later he told officers he was not aware his children had fallen out of the vehicle. The children ages one and two were transported to the hospital. One child was treated and released while the other was taken to a Milwaukee area hospital with more serious but non-life threatening injuries.
