5-4-18 heavy rain floods several roads in fdl county

Heavy rain has flooded several roads throughout Fond du lac County.  Sheriff’s captain Ryan Waldschmidt says portions of Subway Road in the  town of Friendship and Townline  Road near Lamartine were closed.   Kinker Road, Lakeshore Drive, Shultz and Lincoln Roads,  also had flooding.    A large tree was uprooted and fell across Highway G near Highway 67.   Waldschmidt motorists should avoid driving around any barricades that have been erected where water covers the roadway.  Waupun police chief Scott Louden says there has been some flooding primarily near the Rock River.
