Fond du Lac County is being recognized for its work to improve local health by receiving a Wisconsin Healthy Communities designation. Public Health Officer Kim Mueller says Fond du Lac is one of 31 communities in Wisconsin to receive a designation. Mueller says the designation recognizes Fond du lac County at the silver level for its work on numerous initiatives that advance the health of the community. Mueller says local communities can improve the health of their community when it is recognized as a collective responsibility.
