The Fond du Lac Plan commission is recommending approval of a special use permit for a new townhouse development in Fond du Lac. At their meeting this week the commission recommended approval of the permit request for the development of four, seven unit cottage style buildings, for a total of 28 living units. The now vacant property is located on the south side of Ducharme Parkway, just west of the Prairie Trail along Highway 151.
