More than two dozen Team Rubicon volunteers are in Fond du Lac helping with the clean-up in the aftermath of flooding that displaced hundreds of residents. Team Rubicon member, Glenn McCollough, says the volunteers are comprised primarily of veterans who have a continued desire to serve after leaving the military. According to the group’s website, by focusing on underserved or economically-challenged communities, Team Rubicon seeks to makes the largest impact possible. McCollough says Team Rubicon provides relief work, free of cost, to help communities begin recovery sooner.
