3-27-19 fdl homicide trial pushed back

A six day jury trial has been pushed back for one of two men charged in the murder of a Fond du Lac man.  Devon Neuman was initially scheduled to go on trial in April on a charge of first degree intentional homicide in the September 2017 shooting death of Logan Foster.  The trial has been rescheduled for the week of July 29.  Jesse Schultz is also charged with first degree intentional homicide in the case.   Schultz is due back in court next month for a status conference.  A trial date for Schultz has not been scheduled.   Investigators believe Schultz and Neuman attempted to rob  Foster, a physical altercation ensued,  and Foster was shot twice and killed.  The incident happened in a parking lot across the street from the Press Box Tavern.  Both men are being held in jail on a million dollars cash bond.
