A Milwaukee based company is expanding into the village of North Fond du Lac. Johnstone Supply will be building a 25,000 square foot facility in the Northgate Business Park. Johnstone Supply is a heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration supply company for residential, light commercial and industrial markets. North Fond du Lac village administrator Nick Leonard says this is a great example of Tax Incremental Financing working for a small community. “We’re really excited to have new businesses especially in our business park. Its been there since 2001 and we’ve got a fair amount of land still available,” Leonard told WFDL news. The new facility is slated for completion next summer.
