Mayville police are investigating the stabbing death of a 30-year-old man. The victim was found in an apartment in the 1000 block of Horicon Street on Sunday morning with wounds to his abdomen and chest. He was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. A 29-year-old man was located in an upstairs bedroom with cuts on his hands and forearm and was transported to the hospital for medical treatment. Police say the stabbing was an isolated incident, there is no danger to the public, and the incident remains under investigation.
