The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate a shooting incident last week that injured a Reeseville man. Sheriff Dale Schmidt says a 26 year old Reeseville man suffered a non life-threatening gunshot wound to his shoulder at a residence the small village south of Beaver Dam last Thursday night. Schmidt says investigators are trying to determine if the two suspects involved fled on foot or left in a vehicle. Schmidt says its an uncommon occurence in a small community of about 600 people. “Certainly its going to cause a little bit of unrest in the community and we want to be able to work quickly to resolve this,” Schmidt told WFDL news.
