Thousands of people are expected to converge on Waupun this weekend for that community’s biggest summer tourism festival. Celebrate Waupun is being held Friday through Sunday at Tanner Park. Waupun Festivals director Nick Rusch says the highlight of this year’s event is the 9/11 Never Forget Mobile exhibit. The mobile exhibit is a high-tech, 53 foot tractor trailer that transforms into a 1,000 square foot exhibit, manned by New York City firefighters. In addition to the 9/11 exhibit, the festival includes a car show, carnival, Hispano Fest, music and plenty of food.
