The National Weather Service says Fond du Lac and Dodge counties dodged a bullet over the weekend as severe weather moved through the area. National Weather Service meteorologist, Chris Stumps, says overcast skies and wet weather didn’t allow stronger storms to redevelop during the afternoon and early evening Saturday. Stumps says there will be a gradual warm-up this week, but much less humidity compared to last week. The National Weather Service confirmed three tornadoes Friday in Wisconsin and a fourth tornado on Saturday near New London. The storms caused widespread damage and knocked out power to more than 100,000 customers.
