9-27-19 priest who sexually abused boys gets 30 years in prison

HAYWARD, Wis. (AP) — A former priest accused of sexually assaulting young boys in Wisconsin decades ago has been sentenced to 30 years in prison.  Seventy two-year-old Thomas Ericksen received the maximum sentence Thursday on two charges of sexually assaulting young boys while stationed at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Winter in the late 70s and early 80s. 9-26-19 nfdl man convicted in fatal i-41 crash

A North Fond du Lac man has been convicted in a fatal traffic crash that claimed the life of a father and son.  A Fond du Lac jury has found Travis Wollersheim guilty of two counts of homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle.    Authorities say  Wollersheim  rear-ended  a car  that had lowed  on Interstate 41  in a construction zone in Fond du lac in June 2016,  killing 26 year old David Button […]

9-26-19 beaver dam woman convicted of harboring killer

A Beaver Dam woman has been convicted of aiding a murderer.  Thirty three year old Rebecca Wolc has been found guilty to Harboring/Aiding a Felon  in Dodge County Court.  The charge carries a maximum sentence of five  years in prison and five  years of extended supervision.  A sentencing hearing has been set for January 16, 2020.   According to a criminal complaint Wolc lied to police that Nigel Schultz was at her Beaver Dam […]
