The Assembly Democratic leader says he hopes a medical marijuana bill at the very least gets a legislative hearing. The measure was introduced last month by two Democratic and one Republican state lawmaker. Assembly minority leader Gordon Hintz of Oshkosh told WFDL news he doubts the bill will pass the legislature, given that senate majority leader Scott Fitzgerald is opposed. But Hintz says he believes the bill should at the very least be given a public hearing.
