Former Green Bay Packer and Senior Vice President for University Relations, George Koonce will serve as master of ceremonies for the 38th annual Business and Industry awards dinner at Fond du Lac’s Marian University this month. Holiday Automotive is this year’s Business of the Year, Louis Andrew Jr. will receive The George Becker Business Spirit Award, Fond du Lac city and county government are recipients of the Community Collaboration Award, the EAA gets the Economic Development Award, The Entrepreneur of the Year is Eric Kurtev with Ala Roma, Backyard Grill and Schmitty’s Oar House and North Fond du Lac School superintendent Aaron Sadoff is the recipient of the Special Achievement Award. The awards dinner will be held Wednesday October 30 at the Marian Stayer Center. The dinner helps raise money for Marian student scholarships.
