Fond du Lac residents have an opportunity to get rid of old, no longer needed household hazardous waste items. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A bipartisan group of lawmakers is proposing waiving state park entrance fees for fourth-graders' families in hopes of getting kids outside.  Wisconsin residents currently pay $28 for an annual park vehicle admission sticker. Fond du Lac area residents can have coffee this week with U.S.  Senator Ron Johnson.   Senator Johnson will be hosting a coffee clutch at Schreiner's Restaurant on Wednesday October 2 from 7-8am. According to a press release from the Republican Party of Fond du Lac  County  the Senator will be taking questions in a "relaxed and laid back atmosphere while having coffee and maybe a little breakfast."
