The Downtown Fond du Lac Partnership is seeking applications from artists for a Downtown Fond du Lac Mural Art Project. Downtown Partnership Director Amy Hansen says the she hopes the project beautifies and enlivens the downtown Fond du Lac streetscape and promotes Fond du Lac as a cultural destination for visitors, artists and residents. Hansen says the deadline for submissions is March first, and a committee will make its selections in April. A $200 artist honorarium will be paid for each final design chosen.
