Beginning next month Agnesian HealthCare in Fond du Lac is converting its electronic health record systems to Epic Connection. Agnesian says it’s a single patient record for each patient accessible throughout the SSM system. The conversion will take place March 7. Agnesian says Epic provides immediate access for caregivers to real-time patient information and connects to your health through MyChart, which gives patients online access to their online medical record. With MyChart you can access your health record 24/7, keep track of your health history, review test results, keep an updated list of medications, pay your bill online and communicate with your health care provider.
