The Fond du Lac County Public Health Officer has issued a new public health order closing all campgrounds in the county. Kim Mueller says the decision was made because campgrounds draw people from outside the county, encourages non-essential travel, increases shopping at local stores for supplies and groceries and allows for congregating groups greater than ten people. The Order will remain in effect as long as the Wisconsin Governor’s Safer at Home order is in effect.
