4-13-20 fdl county county public health officer encouraging residents to continue safe practices over easter holiday

The Fond du Lac County Public Health Officer was asking Fond du Lac County residents to continue safe practices this Easter holiday weekend to stop the spread of the coronavirus.   This is the first major holiday since the governor issued his safer at home order and Kim Mueller says unfortunately that means no large gatherings involving extended family members.  “We’re asking for people to celebrate Easter, but celebrate it with your own family, in your own home,”  Mueller told WFDL news.   “That’s the most important thing that we can do.   It would be a holiday gift for everybody if we would follow the safer at home order.  Celebrate Easter, but please celebrate with your own family in your own home.”   Mueller says the restrictions are working locally and statewide to flatten the curve.   There are 60 positive cases of COVID-19 in Fond  du lac County.
