Fire significantly damaged the old Eden Town Hall in Fond du Lac County. Firefighters were called Wednesday afternoon to the scene on Sheridan Street in the village of Eden to a report of the building on fire. The building was having construction work done at the time of the fire and it is believed that a piece of equipment being used for the construction caused the fire. The building sustained significant damage. Nobody was injured. The structure, known as the old Eden town hall, is owned by the Town of Eden.
