Two people were transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries following a two vehicle crash in Fond du Lac County. The crash happened shortly before 6:30pm Tuesday on Highway 151 at Deadwood Point Road when a northbound vehicle driven by a 75 year old New Holstein man was attempting to pass a motorcycle and collided with a pick-up truck turning west onto Deadwood Point Road. He was extricated from his vehicle and transported to St. Agnes Hospital for non-life treating injuries. The collision caused the pick-up truck to roll over onto the passenger side of the vehicle. The driver, a 74-year-old Eldorado man had to be extricated from the vehicle and was transported to St. Agnes Hospital with non-life threating injuries. His passenger was able to free herself from the pickup truck. The Sheriff’s Office says unsafe passing and alcohol are contributors in the crash.
