7-28-20 fdl apartment fire

Nobody was injured in a fire that destroyed an apartment unit in Fond du Lac.  Shortly after 5am firefighters were called to 130 Forest Avenue to find smoke billowing out of the window.  Fire Chief Pete O’Leary says the fire was quickly extinguished, but not before it destroyed the unit.  O’Leary says the cause of the fire is under investigation and considered suspicious.
