Kamala Harris and Mike Pence will be separated by a clear barrier to reduce the risk of coronavirus transmission at tonight’s vice presidential debate. Their only debate will take place in Salt Lake City. Retired Ripon College political scientist Marty Farrell says hopefully there will be a more civil and enlightening discussion of the issues than there was in the first presidential debate last week.
