The Waupun city administrator says she believes most Waupun businesses are already in compliance with the governor’s latest emergency order limiting public indoor gatherings. Kathy Schlieve says businesses that are concerned about the order need to think about the safety of their customers. Schlieve says given the sharpe rise in COVID-19 cases over the last several weeks the governor’s order wasn’t necessarily a surprise. The Waupun mayor recently issued a statement encouraging residents to comply with the statewide mask order.
