A Beaver Dam woman is going to prison in connection with a fatal alcohol-related traffic crash. Dodge County Circuit judge Brian Pfitzinger sentenced 24 year old Cindy Esparza to six years in prison for Homicide by Intoxicated use of a Vehicle. Esparza will also serve 10 years on extended supervision. Authorities say Esparza was drunk when she drove off a bridge in Beaver Dam into a river. A passenger in the car died. The crash happened in April 2019.
