A Fond du Lac man accused of bilking customers out of more than $100,000 worth of home construction projects has been bound over for trial. Thirty six year old Adam Walsh has waived his preliminary hearing on charges of theft by contractor and bail jumping. He is accused of collecting money from customers as a contractor and failing to complete the projects. The charges carry a maximum penalty of more than 70 years in prison. He’s being held in the Fond du Lac County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.
