A huge voter turnout in Fond du Lac County this week. County Clerk Lisa Freiberg says 93 percent of registered voters cast ballots both absentee and then in-person on Tuesday. Freiberg says more than 29,000 people voted absentee and nearly the same number voted in person. She says while poll workers were able to process absentee ballots during the day on election day it would have been nice to be able to do that the day before.
