An assistant district attorney has announced she is running for Fond du Lac County Circuit judge. Catherine Block has officially announced her candidacy for the branch 3 seat being vacated by retiring judge Richard Nuss. Block says she has a diverse legal background working both as a prosecutor and defense attorney. Block says if elected she would work to help “improve upon the fairness of the judicial system and its ability to adapt to the changing community and citizenship.” Block previously served six years on the Fond du Lac city council. She has lived in Fond du Lac for 14 years.
