Amid changing times, Thanksgiving meal  food prices in Wisconsin remain stable this year according to Wisconsin Farm Bureau’s annual Marketbasket survey.  Farm Bureau spokeswoman Sarah Hetke says this year’s survey for 15 popular Thanksgiving food items range in at $60.97 cents. Hetke says the bottom line is a home cooked Thanksgiving meal is still very affordable.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Republicans have filed a lawsuit asking the Wisconsin Supreme Court to block certification of the presidential election results. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin wildlife officials say hunters killed slightly more deer during the opening weekend of the state's traditional nine-day season than last year. The Department of Natural Resources released data Tuesday that shows hunters killed 95,257 deer Saturday and Sunday, up about 2.3% from 93,155 during opening weekend in 2019. 11-25-20 covid-19 causes gophers to cancel game with wisconsin

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Minnesota is calling off its scheduled game Saturday at Wisconsin due to positive COVID-19 cases within its program. The move likely knocks the 18th-ranked Badgers out of consideration for the Big Ten championship game. This weekend's scheduled Utah-Arizona State and Tulsa-Houston matchups also have been scrapped. A total of 10 scheduled games this week involving Football Bowl Subdivision teams have been postponed or canceled.

11-25-20 semi rollover on i-41 south of fdl

Interstate 41 southbound was down to one lane of traffic south of Fond du Lac following a semi rollover crash.  The crash happened shortly before 3pm Tuesday on 41 near County Highway B.  The semi driver was transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
