The Chief Medical Officer in the Oshkosh and Fond du Lac area for Advocate Aurora Health says a new hospital will give people what they have been asking for. Aurora announced last fall plans to expand it’s existing Fond du Lac Health Center to include a 91,000 square foot hospital. Doctor John Newman says patients that are currently traveling to Oshkosh and other communities to have procedures will be able to have them done in Fond du Lac at the new facililty. Doctor Newman says construction will start in the spring. The expansion is expected to create more than 100 new jobs.
