Envision Greater Fond du Lac is launching a new research program focused on employee behavior in the workplace. Envision president Sadie Parafiniuk says the industrial-organizational research platform applies psychology, research methods and statistics to assessing workplace dynamics. Parafiniuk says research outcomes provide insight and potential solutions to workplace concerns such as turnover, retention, and employee well-being. Parafiniuk says Envision’s director of Business Intelligience, Elle Henne, will be coordinating the first of it’s kind offering in the greater Fond du Lac area.
