Nobody was injured and a 25 year old Oshkosh man is in custody following a high speed chase and subsequent standoff in Dodge County. The chase started Saturday night on Highway W in Juneau , and continued into Beaver Dam with the suspect’s vehicle striking three squad cars. The chase ended when the suspect’s vehicle ran off the roadway just west of Crystal Lake Road. After it was learned the suspect may be armed the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office Armored Vehicle was called to assist. Negotiations took place for nearly eight hours before the suspect was removed from the vehicle and taken into custody.
