One spin-off impact of the coronavirus pandemic is the significant drop in the number of flu cases. Normally this time of year public health officials would be talking about the flu season peaking. Not this year. Mueller says the safe practices people are taking to prevent getting COVID-19 are also preventing people from getting other illnesses like the flu.
